We at Kudzu Staffing, Kudzu Medical and Kudzu Education are taking the spread of COVID-19 very seriously. We encourage all employees to implement the best health practices in order to prevent workplace exposure.
· Good handwashing
· Covering your cough and avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
· Regular use of tissues and hand sanitizer
· Staying home if you or a family member is sick
· Sanitizing commonly touched surfaces and objects regularly
Those who believe they may have been exposed to the coronavirus or exhibiting symptoms should remain at home. We encourage them to contact their primary care physician to discuss their symptoms before going to the doctor’s office so the staff can take necessary precautions prior to their arrival.
During this trying time, Kudzu will remain open with normal business hours. If a potential candidate is not feeling well, they may call the office and we can walk them through the application process.
In order to meet and exceed our clients’ and employees’ needs while minimizing risk, all offices will begin working on a staffing rotation as of Thursday, March 18th. Each office will be staffed with two teams of sales, recruiting and payroll and alternate days of the week in the office. There will be no physical interaction with the two teams as we try to reduce the risk of disease transmission.
Kudzu team members are available should any situation arise. Like we always say, “At Kudzu, we’ve got you covered!”
